The location of this place is great, being close to the gondola and Bansko restaurants, and they serve an outstanding breakfast with lots of food.

The new-fashioned room had all the necessary facilities, central heating, multi-channel television, and a private entrance. The beds with down pillows were extremely comfy. Location: the hotel was near the gondola or slopes and the restaurant and Bansko. The best thing was how friendly and helpful the staff were.

The room was so cozy and comfortable, I felt right at home with the flat-screen TV and seating area. It made me never want to leave! I loved having my own private bathroom with a refreshing shower and complimentary toiletries. It added a touch of luxury to my stay. The tile/marble floor in the double room gave it a sleek and modern vibe, making me feel like I was staying in a trendy boutique hotel.
Personally, I found the soundproofing in the double room a bit excessive. I prefer hearing the sounds of the surrounding area to feel the local atmosphere.

The room we stayed in was cozy and had everything we needed 🔥. It had central heating, a big TV with lots of channels, and a comfy seating area. Moreover, this place is in a prime location, close to the Bansko restaurants and ski slopes, as well as the gondola for easy access.

Noise from ongoing construction work during our stay was occasionally disruptive. Some maintenance issues with the spa facilities, including broken windows and a hot tub that was not in good condition.

If you're a fan of hot water pools, this is the place for you. the hotel offers a geothermal pool with water at a comfortable 38 degrees Celsius. the pool is open until late, allowing you to relax and unwind after a day of skiing in the nearby mountains. the rooms are clean and cozy, with a pleasant view of the surroundings. the bathroom is spacious and well-maintained.
The breakfast variety is limited, with the same options available every day.
